In Class: Are we obligated to tell authorities when we know someone is going to do something bad? (discussion) Trial Work Notes continues.
Bell Work: Bob told his friend Ben that the next day he was going drop concrete filled balloons on people and try to hurt them. Ben told no one. Should Ben be charged with a crime as well?
